Camp will be held on December 26-29, 2023 from 8:30am to 3:30pm in Ivy City. Morning + afternoon snack, and camp materials included. LUNCH IS NOT PROVIDED.
This program is best suited for potty-trained children ages 5-9.
Embark on an exciting journey of physical fitness, discipline, and self-discovery with our Martial Arts and Movement Winter Camp for Kids! This unique camp is specially designed to keep children active, engaged, and learning during the winter months while instilling valuable martial arts principles.
Program Features:
Martial Arts Instruction: Campers will receive expert instruction in martial arts, including karate, taekwondo, judo, or other disciplines. Our certified instructors will guide them through the basics and help them progress, building confidence and physical skills.
Fitness and Agility: The camp promotes physical fitness through martial arts drills, calisthenics, and agility training. Campers will improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Self-Defense Skills: Safety is paramount. Campers will learn essential self-defense techniques and gain the knowledge and confidence to protect themselves, if needed.
Movement Exploration: Beyond martial arts, our camp encourages movement exploration. Campers will engage in activities such as yoga, dance, parkour, and gymnastics to expand their physical abilities and creativity.
