Notice “ Updated COVID 19 PLAN” Summer 2020 camp planning updates below:

Hello KidOvation Stage Families,

We want you to know that at KidOvation Stage we always look forward to providing you and your children with the most educational, fun and productive activities throughout our range of offerings. 

As we all adjust financially and emotionally to this new normal we would like to thank you for your patronage in supporting small community businesses such as ours. 

Here is some information FAQ's regarding our plan moving forward this summer and beyond:

Will camp still open?

Unfortunately no, after much consideration we have decided to cancel in-person summer camp for 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Below you will find options that each family may choose from that could be applied to your existing purchase:

• a full credit to be applied towards summer 2021

• apply your summer credits towards virtual classes and/or one-on-one Kid-o counselors childcare services this summer.

• receive a 70% refund, service, materials and operational fees apply.

How will you ensure the health and safety of my child/children if I decide to opt in to the one on one Kid-O counselor service?

KidOvation Stage has restructured the student-teacher ratio and is implementing new policies to keep both your children and our staff safe. This service will allow our educators to still be involved in the daily schedule and routine of your little ones while providing creative and fun ways to stay actively engaged in a one-on-one setting to give mom, dad, grandparents or caregivers some much needed respite.

Our counselors will be screened before the start of camp and only be placed with 2 families for the duration of the summer to limit contact while continuing to follow CDC guidelines of social distancing. We have created a survey to gain insight of individual family needs for this service to be of value to you. We would greatly appreciate your input and honest feedback.

Can I get a refund?

We understand completely the financial strain that so many of us are feeling at the moment, as a small business, we feel the strain financially and understand the concern.  With this understanding, we are offering 100% of your value any of our Discovery camps in 2020 and 2021, Kid-O counselor one on one summer 2020 services and virtual classes. As per our standard policy, we do not offer refunds but due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are offering a 75% refund of your purchase, service, materials and operational fees apply.

What if my child ages out of camp?

For those not so little ones who are already or will be turning 8, parents have the option of enrolling them to be a Junior Camper during our 2020 Winter Discovery Camp, or our 2021 Spring or Summer Discovery Camps.
